Architectural complex on the bank of the river Lena.

It’s a complex project with well-planned territory relief.

The area includes the main house, sauna, garage and guest house. For the facade cladding we used natural colors (wood, cocrete and stone) which perfectly fit into the landscape.

The area has an unusual shape. There are several recreation areas on different levels of the complex: spa zone with the pool, lounge area with sofas and fire pit, two hanging chairs, terrace with a big table.

These different levels open different views on the forest. Unusual landscape illumination will make every evening walk extremely pleasant and a bit mysterious.

This house has been planned for the big family.

Our purpose was to create comfortable areas for work, rest and hobbies. In the house there are two studies, children’s rooms, living room, kitchen, workroom, hall, guest room and one separate with musical equipment.

The hall is equipped with double lighting. It’s provided with extra space for a future new year tree and a fireplace. Also in this area is situated a beautiful “catchy” staircase. Near the entrance there is another big hall where the clients would like to place their personal art gallery. The house is full of open spaces.

The windows are big. Through the sliding windows it’s possible to enter the terrace which is a nice place for warm summer evenings. From the main bedroom it’s possible to get into the adjoined bathroom and the walk in closet.
